I actually wish Origin had more variety in the titles on offer as I wouldn't mind building up my library with them.

Thanks for bringing us all up again, jeez.

Recently I've been feeling the same way. Got round to playing GUN the other week, and despite it's faults was quite enjoyable to play. Technically it's actually 3rd person, but I'd love to see some gunslingin' action in an FPS :2gunsfiring_v1:

An FPS based on Sharpe or something similar would also be awesome! 8)

WWII was once done to death, but take out the early Cods and Mohs, BF1942 and BIA, There really isnt anything. I been hanging for a new WWII. I personally dont feel WWI would excite me. I was praying that DICE would do BF1943 on frostbite 2 (since they didnt bring it to PC i thought it could be the case), i was shattered it's leaning more to 2143 (not hatin').

It's pipe dreamin, cos it isnt happening, so no use talking about it i guess!!

How about once Valve finish with CS:GO they just do a new DOD. Better yet, bring out the next gen source and make a brand newwy! ... hey, i can dream.

I must admit, i really liked the last MoH Game (forget the last part of its name). I found the single player quite enjoyable and i liked the story and how it all revolved around one big mountain really.

The MP was good, even if it was a bit of a spamfest on some maps. I never try to get my hopes up for a game any more, because more often than not i am disappointed, however i dare say i will end up buying it.

That's what i thought, apparently my submission wasn't good enough to win the comp last year (combat journalist my arse).

WTB: good Sharpe game, would also settle for a decent pirate games...seriously wtf, there are NO pirate games that are even remotely good, make that **** half Drakes fortune and half stalker and i'll throw money at the developer.

edit: Farcry 4: Strelok's Gold..... SHUT UP AND TAKE MY MONEY!!!

Worst. Suggestion. Ever.

Oh yeah, exploring underutilized genres is a terrible idea. It's much better to go back to a safe genre that has been over-explored to death already. Yeah, can't wait for the inevitable Modern Warfare 4, woo. :|

I'd like to see a WWII game on the Frostbite 2.0 engine. Would buy.

lol. No, exploring underutilized (I'd say unexplored) genres isn't a terrible idea. Just that specific suggestion is a terrible idea. Napoleonic FPS... really?

Don't get me wrong I love the time period and have quite enjoyed the Total War games set around the period (it lent itself to RTS quite easily I thought). But a SHOOTER set in a time period where a proficient soldier could get off (at best) 2 rounds per minute? CAN'T WAIT.

WWI would end up feeling similar also. To even come close to having some kind of historical accuracy either would have to be on rails even worse than CoD and that would be truly horrible.
