Coffee or Tea

Unread postby Disco LT » 23 Feb 12, 4:38 am

Hi, I'm Disco LT and I'm a Coffee addict..

Seriously, what do you guys prefer? I'm not a big fan of tea, but I love coffee and will easily drink 5-6 cups a day. I'm trying to cut down at the moment to one standard cup a day as part of my renewed health kick. I've heard that Tea is better for you, but it just feels like its lacking something to me.

I didn't have a coffee before work this morning and I still feel half asleep :58_40:

Coffee in the morning, tea at work (if it gets made for me, otherwise nothing). :)

I used to drink coffee all day, but it left me a shattered man.

I don't mind Tea, but only rarely and I've only ever had Lipton Black.

I used to drink tea but now it makes me feel really ill. Strong black coffee is awesome. No milk or sugar. Probably average about 4-6 cups a day.

Funny, I was just thinking the same thought the other day about what people prefer.

I used to be a mad coffee drinker and basically lived at a mates coffee shop (he had the old style coffee machine with the handles etc - no modern button pushing) but that was a while back. The come down off coffee can be pretty painful. Now I only have the occasional coffee but I love tea.

While my 'normal' tea is an English Breakfast tea with milk etc I much prefer flavoured teas without anything else at the moment. I've got a large assortment of flavoured teas.

I steer clear of hot drinks altogether. Just not that fond of them for it to be worth the bother.

Hate it! The in-laws swear by International Roast, but as far as I am concerned it tastes like mud. :)

If I have to drink instant, Moccona is my poison of choice. We drip filter or plunge at home.
