What game did you finish today?

Finished Crysis 2 a couple of weekends ago. Was better than the first one imo, but the ending was kind of lame.

Started and finished Portal 2 two days ago and it is clearly the best game I've played for a long time! Valve, hats off to you for creating a brilliant game! So much attention to detail!

Finished Sonic Adventure (HD XBLA release) today. The game hasn't aged well, though I don't know that it was all that fantastic in the first place.
Feels good to play it at least, to say that I have.
You can play as about 6 other characters, all of which seem to have their own story lines and different missions in the levels, but I don't think I'll go to that much effort, better games to play!
I might play a tiny bit more though, at 10 hours I unlock Sonic shoes for my Xbox avatar, which would be kinda cool.

Arkham City, didn't enjoy it as much as Arkham Asylum, was a few too many big name characters within the story and too many things going on distracting from the main story. You're meant to be hurrying about, can't really see a ringing phone being enough to distract Batman if it was really happening.

Enjoyable, but it was only good for me, not great.

I had pretty much the same gripe with the game. It's like they tried to force too much into the story and it gets rather distracting. Atleast in Arkham Asylum, I knew I was facing off against the Joker, and it was always going to end with that battle royale, but in Arkham City quite a few times I wasn't really sure who I was actually trying to stop. Sure, that made for some pretty epic story twists but it kind of detracted from the story as well. It's like Rocksteady weren't exactly sure who to have as the main antagonist so they chucked them all in.

I still list it in my top 3 games for 2011. The formula was perfect, but the story just seemed convoluted.

Just finished Uncharted 3... I freaking loved it, it's the perfect game for me. I love action adventures with a good story and I'm wondering why I've never played them before, thing is I only started playing this one because I read there was an Archer reference in it, question is, what was it?

I never normally play SP in games or finish them so quite happy with myself Mainly just go straight into MP and stay there.
