Okay, finished Dead Island.

I will be writing a *large* blog article on and about it - story, game mechanics, design, etc. But I'll give you all a quick summary ..

The parts of it that are good, are great. These excellent parts, are beaten to savage death by how utterly bad the rest of it is.

I enjoyed it alot when you could duplicate your weapons by holding right mouse and pressing left mouse and backspace at the same time, so that you never have to worry about money and repairing weapons and you could focus on zombie killing fun.

Now that thats patched out though, i have no interest in it..

I think i must be the only player that plays purely to give voice to my character and deliver the cheesyist of cheese lines whilst playing dead island. makes it a hell of a lot more fun replacing the dialog with your own...


Also, finished the first two dlc for new Vegans:fallout, just need to get the newer ones...

Just finished Rage and BF3 single player. Both enjoyable.

Just finished Rage. A little sad that it doesn't let you continue playing after you finish it, I didn't save it before the point of no return, I wasn't expecting it really. Although it was a fun as hell game, will probably run through it again.

I put about, 8 into it and finished the main storyline. Overall I had only "completed" 45% of all the **** to do in the game though.
