Now that I'm back from Scotland I'm very anxious to get back into a good routine with extra cardio. My Goal is to drop about 10kg of body fat and increase muscle mass. Reading Onyx's thread and advice has inspired me. I'll try and do the same (at least keep a thread going with public accountability)
