Prestige broken?

I think I broke it.

I'm due to enter the first Prestige, but it doesn't seem to happen after I click the 'Enter Prestige' button (and yes, I click yes through all the 'are you sure' rubbish).

It looks like all my purchases have been reset and my custom slots cleared, but I still have all my money and am stuck at level 50 still. I can keep clicking 'Enter Prestige' but it just does the same thing.

Any ideas? Not sure if I'm doing something wrong since this is the first time I've prestiged, but it seems a bit weird.

This happened to me my first or 2nd prestige, mine was a steam/game problem which sorted it self out overnight.

Wow. This game is so... glitched. I'm seriously considering demanding a refund like those in the UK.

Its probably just a dodgey connection to the main Black Ops servers that keep your stats. I would just try it again a bit later. I've had similar problems when my classes wouldn't update. Really annoying....

Did the people in the UK that requested a refund have any success?

I've had issues where I've leveled for a gun, gone straight to the create custom thingy only to find I'm not actually the level required.

Exited, came back and all good.

Got it fixed now. I decided to go and spend all the cash I had left on random banner things (forgot what they're called), and when it saved after quitting that screen, I was in prestige 1.

I once had a glitch that prevented me from making any custom classes. I'd make it. Go into a match and it wouldn't be there. Lame... It fixed itself after I earned more CP..
