Left 4 Dead 2 on Australian Steam servers?

A friend recently (Yesterday) gifted me Left 4 Dead 2 and I'm wondering whether it's on Australian content servers. I tried http://www.ausgamers.com/services/steam/index.php but it wouldn't show me any IP's.. :(

Help greatly appreciated.

Frey's Steam Filter is better than SteamWatch - Just sayin'.

Should be on aus servers - all the recent updates for it came from the Internode content server for me.

I'm downloading using Frey's... And the speed is fluctuating a lot. Is this normal?

Downloading it myself with steamwatch running, and getting around 850kbps (which is near enough to my max) so alls good for local content servers of it i would say.
