Cry Havoc Folding...?

So just been keeping up with the war and politics on the scrapheap forums to find this, and I quote from Mistress Suffering (Executor of CH):

Here's the official announcement for those who are out of the loop.

Cry Havoc is going dormant at this time. Each corp can make its own decision about what they want to do moving forward. Thanks to all of you who joined us for the ride. We've done a damn good job of having fun and killing stuff without giving in to EVE's crappy push to simply become large as the solution to everything.

That being said, EVE just grew less and less compelling over time and I decided it was time to stop spending my time on it. I stepped down as active executor about 3 months ago and The Nova took over. EVE continued to be bad, more people stopped playing, and we ended up where we are now - too few motivated fun-makers to create an environment that makes for a good active alliance.

So CH as a serious entity will be closing its doors. ENH and MULTI will both be going low activity and staying within the alliance ticker. I believe TM is headed to join NC. HABIT is busy scooping people and heading to PL. INVT and SHADE are both deciding what their next step is, and ONION just kinda got screwed by showing up after we all had stopped playing. Sorry guys, not your fault.

Thanks to all who flew with us and blew up internet space pixels. Good luck to the folks still playing, and for those that are burned out I encourage you to come join us in other games (see Out-of-EVE).

It is a sad day to see such a decent alliance go inactive. CH were always fun to fight when I lived in syndicate towards the end of last year.

lol yea, after CH's syndicate days i couldnt see any of those corps joining PL

sad to see them go, had fun with them back when i was active. (see: resubbed for first time in almost a year this week )

well i stand corrected it seems, its not a troll. habbit members posting on our forums etc etc the corp is not in pl yet so im still holding my breath it's a troll. If its not pl just gained another 30 supercaps and a but load of aussies WOOT!!

We had been heading this way for a while, esp in the OZ timezone as a lot of the ex SMAK guys and their mates who made the bulk of the aussies are on less and less.

Its a sad time, I have learnt a lot in CH, and had a blast (the corp and alliance are staying open atm, just not all that active as most of the FC's have left).

I may need to find a new home! This time in a bloody corp in this TZ!

mando I had the same issues with other corps tz wise. You should have joined habbit now that there in pl. Since joining pl I havent had as much fun playing this game before. Alot of red pen ops are in Euro tz but there is always something going on in aus tz. In the 3 months I've been in pl I've gotten over 1200kills across my chars mostly from flying in 5-15man gangs in aussie tz. Thats just to give you idea of how active we our in aussie tz.

Yeah, my issue with that while HABIT are a kick arse PvP corp is they are fairly demanding (I understand) with minimum activity etc and my time varies massively from week to week (also there are quite a few others in my position that I would try to drag where ever I ended up).

I may look at someone like Anzac who I believe are a bit more easy going and have a ton of aussies(needs more research)

if u join anza you will regret every moment of it, specially coming from ch to lolit. I would just join habit and jsut make sure u let the relevent people know when u go afk etc etc.

seriously don't join anza if u like cry havocs style of pvp

Yer CH is gone, but ENH will live on, just not in the form it used to be.....

We are going to stick around and see if we can rebuild and bring some fun back to the corp
