It should have a MirkwoodSetup exe and then MirkwoodSetup-1 through to MirkwoodSetup-16 files.

It has the Exe but the standard version only goes up to Mirkwood Setup 11! I have downloaded it 3 times now to see if it was a download problem but its not when I click on the exe it says Runtime Error the source file is corrupted!

What are you using to download the file? I seem to recall Internet Explorer having trouble with very large file downloads. May want to try Firefox if you have it or a proper download manager.

If you already downloaded it with Firefox then I don't know what else it could be since it's worked for other people. :(

I used flashget to download it. I no longer trust browser download managers with anything above a gig or so.

So if you havn't tried with a separate download manager give that a go, other than that i'm out of suggestions.

I use VisualWget. It's fairly basic but never gives me any trouble.

Which version of FlashGet are you even supposed to download? There's three on that page. :|

That I have no idea, I didn't download it when I got it.

AFAIK it makes no difference I got version 3.3 this time, but on previous machines in the past I have used 1.73, and they do the same thing.

Maybe its not the download. Are you downloading via node mirror as they use WinRAR. I had heaps problems unzipping large files until i found out WinRAR was the only way to do it ,or Win7 64bit.

Winzip and the unzipper in Windows32bit cannot handle gig files.
