Mafia II Competition - Winners Inside

Unread postby News Portal » 7 Sep 10, 11:15 am

Your entries proved that we've got more than a few criminal masterminds lurking on our forums. But which of these schemes were good enough to gain entry into the family?

Whose was that? You guys didnt count the "360 or ps3 for runner up" at the bottom of the story, right?

Gratz to all winners, even tho I disagree with judges, I thought the theme was meant to be "oceans 11" style i.e. with a plot twist/s. I guess some have different senses of humour or something.

I think what the Oceans 11 was meant to imply was to keep it PG rated, not "american psycho" like talking about killing spree and blood and gore if you read it again.

Haha I actually won. Hopefully I didn't make anyone's head explode with my post.

Thanks to Games.On.Net, Internode, 2K Games, and everyone else who made this possible. It was a good contest.

I was curious too, so I went through and quickly checked.

Raincham, yours was over 200 words (203 according to Word), even without the "360 or PS3" at the end. The others who went over 200 were Slipoch, Acaroid, Phx and PURITy Kin (there might be others, but those are the only ones that stood out enough for me to put into Word).

Congrats Ivan, I thought yours was the best myself, well done!

Mine went slightly over 200 words in the final edit, but I figured job-worth-doing-well and all that...

The nigerian scam made me lol, so grats :)
