Take NFS Undercover and MostWanted's Maps/Streets, throw them together and you have the NFS world, a lot of it feels familiar to Most wanted more than Undercover, the customizations are let down by most of them needing the (paid for ingame currency) for under car neons, other things such as 5 of 15 bodykits to be bought using in game cash winnings...
Lots of cars available,eg: Tier 1 cars = Shitbox's to get you started, Tier 2 = more powerful and Tier3 = Beasts! however, the cash winnings needed to buy these beasts needs to be saved for ages, You get a Tier1 car at the start with your startup fronted cash, but the cars can only be upgraded to a certain degree of performance, IE: 60k gets you a couple of Tier 2 cars but you really need 130k for a Good Performer as the v8's handle like **** compared to the 4's or 6 cyl cars.
Best Tier1 car to get would be the Silvia or Mazda3 IMO, after that I have bought the rx7 and v8 dodge superbee, the rx7 smash's most equivalent cars and some that are more powerful.
There are also powerups, Juggernaut = Heavy car, push's thru anything (even SUV cops), nitrous, traffic magnet (sends cars closeby into the affected car)
Many others..
You should go to their website and suss it out.
FYI - you can buy in game currency using your mobile, its one of the options of payment.
Hope that gave you the info you didnt have and enough to interest you futher into having a closer look.
