Asmo for me. I liked their lore better, the idea that they refused to give up the fight against the Balur. That and the Elyos lore just sounded too whiney and emo, that and they run from fights to kill Asmodian women and children. Asmodians look cool too.

There are a couple of other noders there. As for server choice the Oceanic community has a few discussions going as to which server we should all pick. We now know all the servers are in the same place so it's just a matter of getting the final list confirmed and picking one. Then we gotta tell everyone we know in this timezone. Plus eyes flash to red for combat, looks very cool. Elyos are too plain for me... though Elyos can make cool things like Dwarves, Gnomes and Giants... they look weird with claws.
Oh yeah... Bat wings are cooler than any kind of white wings.

You can equip different wings as an item, one of the Asmodian wings are webbed bat-like wings.

I'm going to play both - on different servers, mainly because I like my sighseeing and my legion are all of a like mind. But I voted Elyos because they weren't getting any love here.

I heard the bat wings were the old Asmo wings and they changed them to feathers. As far as I know it's not a different version you can equip.

I know that video's from one of the Korean Betas, but they were in C-Aion but not as the initial wings, don't know what they're doing for US 1.5 though.

I'm probably going Elyos myself because... well... the chicks are hotter on the human side rather than the freaky orcish looking females.
