I know that doing well in year 12 is within my capacity, I just worry I'm a little too lazy and that it could stop me from entering the course I want to get into.

don't panic too much, if you don't get the grades you need wait a year and enter as a mature age student, or go to a uni that likes money over grades.

My random thought.

I played World of Warcraft 26 hours a day, did 5 hours of study the whole year and did exceedingly well in my exams.
