I just spent an entire minute just laughing at this.

I'd high five you if you weren't so far away.

Well, no one has mentioned sound. I'm noob at programming - but uber pro at audio. Don't think I'll have too much free time but if peeps wanna have a chat and put the order in for some samples or audio recording - that can be done.

Lol sorry Acaila.. I took that as a 'Review Code' like the ones I get for the reviews.. not to actually look over code :P
However it would probably be scripted in Darkbasic since well.. it does enough for a fun prototype quickly etc and cause I know nothing about any "Real" language. Ta for the offer thou :)

Well.. i was looking for some sort of random arcadely style game..
Something just pick up play fun sorta thing...

And the idea came to me last night, I dont really want to get into details yet, But i'll be doing up a prototype in the next few days (read as: week) and hopefully have an idea to show you guys.

Then when the idea is up, I would love some help on some animations (small little 'space invaders' thingy with a 2-4 animation cycle) and if anyone is into any music and sound it would be much appreciated. Also when i get a basic thing up (if i can get it done that is) would love some feedback/idea and expansion.. and move on from there.

So Im go for launch and hopefully i get get something working to show you guys very soon :D

You can put my name down for people willing to help would give me a chance to take a break from this stupid thesis I'm meant to be writing. I should be able to help with the programming/debuging if you need it.

I'm a bit nub here on the gon forums but I would be keen to be involved on the art side of the project, I work with Max for 3d and photochop for 2d and am not terrible at either ;) I also have a lot of spare time which is ideal. I might even have a bash at some intense 80's style synth loops if there's time/demand.

I'm in Brisbane.
