lol yea MMA is great fun. although when you start its VERY uncomfortable getting that close to other blokes  . i did BJJ for a while and that was good. gets you very fit.

if i was gonna get back into mma i'd do Brazilian jui jitsu and mau thai. freackin indestructable.

I like watching MMA, but my personal experience extends to about 2 Judo lessons when I was a little tacker :P

lol ure not in bunbury are u? the place i went to did bjj and mau thai only :P
edit: lol yea they are keen to push you as hard as you can go. my mate chundered as well. had to do a guard defense/offense thing that lasted nearly half an hour. one person goes in guard, then everyone has a go, 1 straight away after the other trying to break that person's guard. then you have to get in guard and everyone has to try and break your guard. fscking exhausting. can only imagine how hard mau thai would be :S

I am an Armchair MMA person. Love to watch is about all.

Looking forward to Rampage vs Griffin fight this weekend.

So who thinks Anderson Silva will do well at 205 now? Would love to see a Anderson Silva vs Wanderlei Silva\Shogun Rua fight...

The Rampage vs Griffin fight i think will be epic. Although i think its abit over hyped.

Wanderlei Silva is too flogged up and get cut up too easy. Anderson Silva isn't suited to 205, just like BJ Penn.

I'd love to see Anderson Silva vs Lyoto Machida, but it's unlikely being that they train together.

If Randy just finished off his UFC contract like he should have he'd be fighting Fedor in a few weeks instead of Silvia, most probably... seeing him fight Nog for the HW title would have been epic.
