Thanks to the guys at THQ, we've secured a limited number of keys for the Company of Heroes: Opposing Fronts Beta.

The giveaway is open to registered members from Australia and New Zealand, and as always, first in, best dressed! Keys are limited, so if you're not sure, or your PC is not up to scratch, please leave it for someone else. You can check the hardware requirements inside.

The installer I downloaded from internode keeps returning this variable once it starts to install the files in whatever selected directory:
"Access is denied."

EDIT:

I found this error relates to their installer, you have to access cmd mode in vista (not sure if it's only 64bit or 32bit as well) run as administrator and install from cmd prompt than using any interface. It's a pain, obviously they haven't codded it to work properly with MS yet. You can find better instructions on the beta website, first sticky, second page.

as much as i loved this game as it is probally since star craft my most loved RTS in ageeessss loved the single player campaign... loved it to death until i started trying to play it multiplayer... COH online was a monumental failure for me i ran into so much trouble it almost sent me to the loony bin! i hope to god i dont have the same problems when the new one comes out!

How many patches are there!? I downloaded a 5mb one and that was fine, but now i'm on a 300mb one!


*Edit* I seem to have found them on the news, 5 apparently. Beware people, you'll have to wait a while for them!
