back in 96/7' when i was 9 i used to always watch my dad play Doom 2, it wasn't scary nor did it look gross or realistic but it sure looked fun (Doom 2 was the first game I ever saw)

has anyone felt that Bioshock or any part of Bioshock was overrated? my friend just played it and said that he was unimpressed and that the game was overhyped especially the graphics and water effects calling it 'bumpy mirrors' the only thing that would get him to play the full game is the story,

so what do you guys think? is he crazy? rofl

See I'm really bad with the scary singleplayer games...

Never finished Doom 3 or Quake 4 and had to force myself to get through Ravenholme in HL2.

Winning a free copy of Bioshock would be the only guaranteed way of me actually playing through this game that is meant to be THE game to play this year... as I'm unlikely to spend $50 for the pleasure of freaking myself out a half dozen times and then going back to CS, lol.

If I won the game I'd feel duty-bound to actually play through it because otherwise the copy should have gone to someone else.

Man I'd never play a game for the story. Story is secondary to graphics! It's all about graphics! Who cares about storylines?
