I will nitpick a smidgeon about the hand position - mirror does not reflect position truly.

Well it is - it's reflecting either her vision of herself or a glamour. Either way the effect is always much more effective if the images actually mirror.

Of course it could be deliberate. :wink:

Very impressive PB, is digital the original Media, or was it scanned from an original on paper or something else?

Used to work from a sketch drawn on paper and scanned/photographed in (see Rofez/Aley pic) but I wasn't happy with the amount of detail you could get in or the clarity of the lines. This pic is 100% digital.

nice art work mate! just wanted to point out, cause i found it funny, but Porphyria is actually a genetic mutation that results in decreased heme synthesis. Not sure if you knew that at all but hey, the more you know!

Doing my bachelors in Medical Science

so yes, I am aware of it. The name was actually taken from the poem Porphyria's Lover by Robert Browning.

And love the colours in the painting, kitty. THere is an undersea cave after all (maybe they live there).
