Ban Apeal not Working?

I am writing this message in regard of my ban appeal. I have sent a ban appeal almost 5 days ago and still haven't gotten a reply yet. I was banned for no reason or at least an unknown reason and I was hoping I could get unbanned asap. i sent the ban appeal on my hotmail <email removed> and i still haven't gotten a reply back. Please if an admin could reply back to me hopefully unbanning me that would be fantastic. THANK YOU

You sent an appeal in 4 days ago, and an Admin did reply 4 days ago, but the way the tickets work he actually didn't send it to you but rather replied to the appeal without sending it to you

Long story short, I will contact the Admin concerned and get them to re-send it to you

Actual simple mistake that many of us have made (maybe even by myself )

Anyway, it should now be rectified (or very shortly), so as with other discussions about appeals, this can continue in the appeal itself and not on the forums.
