Ahhhh now this is a little weird. I was just spectating him as he was doing very well score wise and seemed to have a little more ESP on the enemies' locations than a UAV normally gives. Wasn't 100% sure though. I have a short demo if the Admins would like to look at it and see what they think?

The best thing to do when you see someone breaking the rules is to demo and submit it.

To do this is all in this link try it out things work a lot faster then just posting on the forums about trouble makers.
