TK off on S&D

Since it isn't admined, please disable friendly fire on #3.

It constantly has people tking, and demoing 6-7 people an hour is not a viable solution. Neither is calling an admin, who are often unavailable.

It doesn't greatly affect gameplay, but will make the game much more enjoyable; Without the nuisance of people teamkilling, and reconnecting every few kills to avoid PB.

Now, as for the question at hand, is there any other public support to get the server changed? It may be possible to change this to reflect, however I would prefer to get others opinions on the matter before doing this.

As for no admins around, I have not seen a request for a cod admin in IRC in a VERY long time.
