funny thing is, im not banned idiots, why bring it into the topic when i didnt mention it once... i said my issue had no been resolved... not my ban.

AND SNOZ, thats the complete opposite i ask if they are glitch positions so i dont break any rules. and from now on expect up to 50 reports each day of people on in the dumbest positions that probably arent even considered to glitches, because since you wont tell me whats bannable or not i dont know, so yeh enjoy sifting through the reports.

Actually that list is actually void ACE, directly from SNOZ the head admin

"we have discussed at length the issues you speak of, most of which have stemmed from me making a bad call and going the the map "city streets" and working through a list so called "glitch spots" this was wrong and I apologise for doing it now."

List of glitch spots isn't accurate and you can't follow it. Maybe you should speak to your superiors before doing any more reports as you may ban someone for a wrong reason.
