Contrary to popular belief, QQ is not a set of crying eyes. It actually originated with the advent of Warcraft II. On battlenet, you could press ALT+Q+Q to immediately exit the match and program. Thus the term "QQ" was to tell people to just quit because they are unskilled. The term later developed and lost it's origin and is usually mistaken as crying eyes.

In contemporary gamer culture, QQ has become the mainstream emoticon for crying eyes, though it is still often used in it's traditional sense.
"Shut up or QQ!"
"Why don't you QQ, noob?"

Can I draw your new clan's attention to the games.on.net rules, specifically about stacking of servers.

10. Stacking
This is defined as joining the winning team so that the winning team then outnumbers the losing team or joining a team (for whatever reason) such that the team you join outnumbers the opposing team by more than 1. This includes all players from a specific clan joining the same side. As clan members are more then likely using Teamspeak/Ventrilo, this creates an unfair advantage to the team and is considered "skill stacking". Skill stacking is also an issue if the scores are very uneven (ie 8-0) for the teams. It is expected that someone on the winning team would help out the losing team (unless impossible due to team numbers) however no one person can be at fault or singled out in this scenario. Be nice however and help out a team that is not doing so well. Bear in mind that this will be enforced at the admin's discretion. Of course, we understand that friend's want to be on the same team, just make sure that if you are asked to move, you do.

It would be greatly appreciated if you stop stacking the servers, unbalancing the teams, and making it a more pleasant place for all. Nobody enjoys playing when one side is tubing. People enjoy it even less when an entire side is stacked with a clan, all tubing, and not evening up the sides. It is very unsportsmanlike.

I think we need a minutes silence in this case to reflect on what was said.
