Pretty much the same combo as me (except shine v1 with cherry red keys). Only thing I have to say is be aware that the drivers for the mamba mouse are a bit 'iffy, and sometimes to get the wireless/wired to work properly, you have to unplug the dock a couple of times.. Other than that both are pretty good :)

Yes but it has a stupid quirk in it, even after updating firmware/drivers, and they're still not proper media controls, it may aswell be me just pushing F6 or Ctrl F6 etc. The quirk I'm talking about is sometimes it "locks up" and it works as if the key is stuck down and keeps skipping through tracks, pushing it again doesn't fix it, I have to close winamp, this in itself is a problem as it's skipping so fast it likes to lock up the PC, so I have to end the process fast before it does.

Wow that's weird, I've never had that issue. Might be worth getting in touch with Razer support?
I use iTunes, but surely it wouldn't be Winamp that's the problem for you.

Yeah did have a couple of issues with the mouse straight outta the box. The firmware update though seems to have corrected the iffyness of it. Although the instructions on how to install the firmware was absolute garbage  , no where in the installation instructions does it say that you have to hold all 3 mouse buttons down before you connect the mouse. A quick google search to remedy and it was plain sailing. Still a bit part of the puzzle to leave out I would've thought. Still happy though :D
Sorry for that crazy stuff, My Facebook was hacked... every few hours since mid 2007

I also have that problem with my Razer keyboard.
Once a decent alternative comes around, I'll be switching.

Macro keys don't really seem that big of a deal for me either, so a Ducky shine seems like an awesome choice.

Same here, only LED mechanical keyboards were the razer blackwidow originally, I don't need the macro keys, I want hardwired media controls, so the Ducky Shine II is looking the goods, will still use the BW Ultimate for now while it's kicking (Don't have much money atm either with just buying the new PC and GTX680. D:)

Couldn't pass this up, handmade by a company based in Sydney.

Not so much a purchase but I claimed a reward on Raptr for these coupons on Steam:
1x 75% off Nexuiz 4 pack
4x 75% off Nexuiz Duel Mode DLC

As I already have the game and DLC (bought the DLC when it was 75% off in the Summer sale) I have no use for these coupons. Does anyone want them?

Sure, I'll take em if they haven't found a home yet. I played the game on the free weekend, found it entertaining, but forgot to buy it.

I've got the CD on order from JB. Hoping it's good, since their recent releases have never quite lived up to Turn the Radio Off and Why Do They Rock So Hard.
