Minor niggle/suggestion.

Thought that said "Minor nipple suggestion" ... oops, and yes. I had to bring it up.

Usernames don't keep capitals on the news page, also do the comments have img tags that scale images?

That's just WordPress ignoring the case when it pulls the names.

Any chance we can get the latest created forum topics on front page changed to latest active topics, like it used to be? So basically showing the topics with the latest posts, not only the new topics.

I think this way gives more visibility to new topics rather than popular topics getting all the love. Share it around

Thought occurs, probably should add a report button on news comments, and probably add some word filtering if possible. Words filtered on the forums are not filtered on the news comments.

Moderators can't moderate comments on news posts now, so I am not sure if adding a report button will fix that. Maybe the Red Admins can moderate them, not sure.

Well, hopefully they can add some basic word filtering then, if even to only have it uniform over news comments and forums.

I'm going to give the new news a real try if for nothing else that I can feel good about myself for letting out my 2c.

Right now it would be nice to get an edit button and perhaps a preview of your post, though instead of a preview probably having proper formatting for any quotes etc rather than the code would be better. Also i'd like to see the general news subforum reopened or recreated with each "thread" linking to the article with the normal info on who the last comment was by and when and whether there had been posts since the last time you posted etc (this would allow for easier checking of the comments if someone else posts after you and for when the article leaves the front page).

Would be nice if the comment pages started at the beginning of the comments rather than the end, i've found it awkward when I find i'm looking at the very latest posts instead of the first ones.
