Just need to buy a can of selleys water shield spray to water proof it will really make it awesome for the wet weather. I use to love waterproofing the old full length driza-bone coat I have with the can slap on stuff, loved the smell of it. :)

I'd almost prefer to take actual pictures of these..and I think I will when they arrive, but I'm looking at 2-8 weeks for delivery so I can't wait that long! So in case you're curious about why the sudden transition from disposable pens to something reusable, I'm an environmentalist at heart and since swapping to safety razors worked out for me, why not?!

Also.. my fiance wants us to write a letter to each other prior to the wedding, that we open the morning after the wedding and my handwriting is disgusting. So, I'm going to learn cursive, since although I possess the heart of a poet when it looks as though a 12 year old wrote it, it loses its panache.

J. Herbin Fountain Pen Ink 30 ml in Perle Noire (Pearl Black)

Image
Lamy Fountain Pen Z 24 Converter (this converts the previous pen from a cartridge filling system where you replace it when it empties, to a more traditional style where you must fill the pen each time it runs dry with actual ink)

Image
Lamfy Fine Nib (in case I don't like the Medium that comes with the pen)

All up I think the order was about $60 from an online store in Japan that specializes in writing instruments and papers, ironic really when the Lamfy Safari itself can be purchased from OfficeWorks for $49 :/ And they wonder why I shop overseas..

Does anyone else have an interest in writing implements?

For the PC, to play those games that are simply meant to be played with a controller.
That, and be able to play while sitting back on my bed.

Next on the list is a headset.
Steam: Shpleboy
Minecraft: LogicalHero
Battlefield 3: LogicalHero
Has a significantly better avatar than lee.

hate to be the guy but honestly, IMO the d-pad on those things is terrible.

the rest is really nice though, still prefer a vanilla x360 controller though.

The dpad sucks for fighting games especially, but for everything else it's ok. Not as good as the standard Xbox dpad though. Everything else on it is better.

The d-pad is fantastic for games that require occasional presses in one direction (selecting weapons in Gears for instance), but absolutely **** for movement.
The rest of the controller is great though :D
