The only disappointment I've experienced is that it took me 6 hours 50 mins to complete.

6 hours of cutscene and 50 mins of play?

Don't think I will even bother finishing it.

I agree it was way to short however a good game at the end of the day. I think they have done a good job on the PC version of the game it looks great.

Edit: there are a lot of cut scenes that you just cannot skip for some reason, this will be the biggest issues when replying the game I think for me that is.

Anyway wallpapers for all! Mr Payne at its best.

Attempted New York Minute yet? Or Arcade mode? Those don't have any of the story, as it seems your completely disinterested in it...

I've tried both, I will certainly be playing them. For the moment though, I'm hunting down the Golden Guns.

Was unware that these were different to the story modem I will be giving this ago then.

However I am still hunting down all the golden guns first.

You can't skip many of the cut scenes because they are hiding the fact that the game is loading the next part of the game

To be honest I skipped most of the comic stuff in the previous games. This is much better done.

It's still dark and gritty so I'm not sure what's not "Max Payne" about it. It's just a different chapter in his life that's all. Quite refreshing. I played it on console but I reckon it would be heaps better on PC.. A lot easier to aim that's for sure

I've recently discovered that all reports of the frame rate by EVGA Precision/MSI Afterburner aren't correct, they're reporting much higher than they should be. Fraps is the only program that reports correct FPS so far.

Regular difficulty, I'm not that far in, nor am I about to finish anytime soon: TIME PLAYED: 02:44:25 - So far that's 3 hours of pure awesome. I've already made the decision to replay the story on a harder difficulty when I can. After recently replaying Max Payne 1 and 2 (within the last 6 months), the length of MP3 is not a startling change :)

I'm Absolutely loving this game to bits, visual presentation and story telling is doing all the right things for me :)

I've taken about 500 screenshots with steam, but I have no idea what Steam decided to do...as they all look horrible (in comparison to Werewolph's art). Performance is rock solid, audio and textures are nuts, soundtrack/music is also top notch.

What else? After the initial download hold up (understandable, it's a big game), I've had a problem free experience :)

Screenshots, while impressive just don't do this game justice :). In motion it's constantly blowing my mind! :D
