Because I had seen videos of it in the past and I wasn't overly fussed. Playing it right now and i'm so-so on it. I get why others would like it but so far i'm just indifferent.

Is there a reason why everyone talks gibberish? Very annoying imo.

It's making fun of Swedish lol, I thought it was hilarious

exe3 wrote:Yeah Magicka is pretty entertaining, or it's the experience that playing with friends that's entertaining. Either way I see it more as a fad, we'll stop playing it soon enough I reckon. Finding spell combos is kinda cool, like realizing you can do water shield, make it storm, then lightning everyone to your hearts content.

keep going, there are TONNES of awesome spell combos. Just when you think you've got it all worked out you come up with something new and hilarity ensues. The campaign is a blast with or without friends and riddled with awesome movie references.

It's cheaper to do the gibberish language too. No need to hire voice actors for each language/country the game will be sold in. Just translate the text.

Could you explain the joke? Because I don't get it.

there's nothing to explain... It's just how Swedish sounds. In fact I'm convinced half of the dialogue is actualy Swedish

Eagerly awaiting more Dishonored information, unfortunately they've done the whole pre-order bonus ingame content thing though. Still, very very keen on seeing how it turns out.

What a great gaming weekend... stuck in the house with the baby, played a heap of BF3 (Xbox), Witcher 2, F1 2011, TDU2 and finished the Ghost Recon Future Soldier campaign on Elite (not that hard).

Absolutely pumped, was great to get some solid hours under my belt, made me feel normal again.

Now if only I could get on my PC before the dual 580's become defunct.

Unsure what you mean!

Pumped to play through Witcher 2 on Dark, really looking forward to it now that I'm completely comfortable with the combat and skill-tree system.

It might also prompt me to retry Dark Souls... I have three friends on XBL that have over 700G in this game (one guy has 1000'd it) yet for my 20 hours of effort I have 80. I never was worried about dying so much but when I was going for the Drake sword in Undead Burg, I kept getting underneath the bridge and getting knocked off it due to how poorly the camera behaves in confined spaces.

Hoping tonight I can finish Chapter 3 in Witcher 2 and then smash out some BF3. But, if the baby is playing up I'll be confined to my bedroom where I'll install BF3 on my Alienware laptop and see how much pretties I need to sacrifice for a playable framerate.

Also going to trade in some of my remaining two shelves of games to get some Microsoft Points (I need 400 more for Minecraft) and a copy of D3. I'm down to my core favourites so I need to weigh that up against the PS2 games like Manhunt and GTA that are currently only good for propping up my Monitors.

Finally finished Witcher 2. Let Sile die, euthanised the dragon and killed Letho. Will go back to ight from mu last save and do the very opposite of those things for my proper ending.

Witcher 3 is going to be amazing, the Nilfgaard/Kaedwani war as a backdrop to Geralt uncovering the Wild Hunt (and my suspicion that Yennefer has become a powerfully evil witch)? Do want.

I was having a playful dig, seeing as the amount you always have to say about games suggests you're 3 standard deviations above the mean when it comes to playtime as it is and you're calling it normal

no offense intended though, I think we're all pretty jelly :P

Ah good :P Although I always let Sile die, can't ruin letho's final trick, that'd just be rude.

I'm assuming you went Roche's path? You really MUST play Iorveth's side now, you're missing quite a bit otherwise! (Unless you have already? I'm guessing not though)

I am sincerely enjoying D3 co-op with some of my friends.. even replaying the same areas, it's good fun and I can give them some better equipment too.

Still only playing on Normal.... >.>
