im real sorry guys i gotta leave the team ,i hate being a quitter!,
my head is a mess and my life is a mess,ive always put this mod before anything in the real world and i cant let responsabilities in the real world slide out of control any further.
my life for the last 4 years has revolved around the battlefield series,half of that time being focused on bf2aus,what a kickass mod!,what a kickass talented team!,weve been lazy a times but ya get that,its shame the engine wouldnt let us do so many cool things we had planned.
i hope you guys can understand my decision.
my anxiety and depression has got way out of control again and im lost at how to deal with it ,again!.
if any of you guys ever face anxiety and depression dont turn to drugs and booze cuz it only makes it worse,please do the right thing and get help asap and dont be afraid to talk about it to people close to you.

where ever the mod goes from here i hope our loyal fans keep supporting the mod,be bloody proud of it,cuz its aussie....oi!

I dont get it... You have to be the most talented 3d modeler I have ever seen...And you dont have a job..for f's sake you deserve to be the head of modeling for EA, not fair at all.

I am so sorry to hear about this BEEX...I really hope you get your life back the way you want it... Sometimes I think we all have to check how much time we spend with this game.. and realise it is just a game and that real life should come first....Hell I have had to check myself a few times now and put bf2 into perspective.

Hope you get over this rough patch in your life BEEX and best of luck with it.

Man, this comes as a bit of a shock, but certainly not unexpected. Sorry to hear about what's happening Mick. I've been in a similar position a few years ago, and I totally repect your decision. I'd have to rate you one of the most skilled modders I have seen in terms of modelling with BF2, and you certainly hepled make Australian Forces the professional-looking mod that it is.
