Australian Forces........FANTASTIC!

No guys Noooooo,

You can't let it die! This mod kicks arse over vanilla or sf of af or ef.
You should all be very proud of the work you've done on this, absolutely fantastic mod.

I've been playing BF2 for around a year and have never even heard of this mod before today, and most of our clan haven't heard of it either!

4 of us downloaded it today and OMG....UNREAL!

IMO The problems are:

Not enough advertising -no one seems to know about this, but i guess advertising is expensive.

No stats - i don't care, but i think "some"ppl aren't that willing to let go of their stats. Why won't EA let the mods have stats?

I'd agree and say a new faction or 2 to fight against, keep ppl interested, and not just stacking the oz side.

More maps - your new maps are fantastic, let's see some more.
Like with BF2, If EA would only bring out some more maps i would happily pay for them.

Would also like to see the lil bird in there , like the MD-530 in armored fury.

The tiger is freakn awesome, and i like it that loud, seems a lil more realistic to me, would be good if the other choppers were a lil louder to!

The hand held AA is fanatastic (and if the jet **** don't like it...TUFF)
At least the infantry have some defence against the airborne fellas, about time!

The engineers timed c4 = brilliant (BOOM HA HA)

Binoculars = awesome (all kits should have em)

Transport choppers = wicked to have something new to buzz around in.
I'm yet to have a go at the 50 cals. on the side of em, but hopefully you can actually kill someone while your flying past them (not like in bf2)

Buildings that you could enter would be sensational!
(BF2 lacks these BADLY)

When we saw the F-111 we nearly e-fell over lol.
Brilliant guys, brilliant! (bloody hard to shoot it down OMG)

I can't say enough about this mod, Hopefully you all haven't given up on it yet.

I/we would like to help promote your mod, on our website, forums and wherever we can, How can we help? Reply or PM me and let me know..... PLEASE!

It would be criminal to see your mod die, no joke, truly bloody excellent work guys. Please keep it up.

haven't proof read this cause i'm tired and it's 1:30am sorry.

thanx mate,we are glad you like it.
as for letting the mod die who knows but things arent looking so good, was pretty heart breaking to see the lack of players, was a long year for the dev team then to see the player numbers killed all the movitation we had to continue,we are well aware of the many issues the mod has atm and will be rectified in a coming patch, there will be a few new goodies and alot of spit n pollish.
even though we are kinda dissapointed with the way things have turned out we are still proud of this achivement and are apprecitive to all who have supported us over the long haul of dev,we are the first mod in aussie gaming history to give the public a mod that brings such a huge variety of the adf arsenal into a virtual world, even vbs and ofp adf mod doesnt have this much adf aresenal, well that we are aware of..lol
the developement of the mod probly wont fully come to an end just things will be alot slower to release, the team has real life stuff to deal with wich was put aside during the dev of bf2aus v1.0 and moving onto other projects is more important.
ive gotta get my butt into gear and finish a very late media release to help advertise the mod..lol
i posted a thread about the mod on the aussie army cadets site, then 2 days later it was removed, with no explination as to why..grrrr..lol..i didnt expect it to be a source of advertising but just to give the cadets something to checkout in their free time...could have been educational for them...lol
.
anyhoo....thanx again and we are glad you enjoyed the mod,its a shame there isnt any peeps playing it online but hopefully an upcoming patch will get it rolling again for a while.

Put an advertisement poster up at frontline on base!!!! Everyone goes to frontline lol.

As for vbs, your mod **** all over it, i was quite suprised that the accuracy of the vehicles on your mod was better than vbs vehicles, which is an achievement, well done

I've been playing BF2AUS and nothing but since I downloaded it.

God I love the Steyr. Sexiest rifle ever. Heh--I've seriously thought of doing an ADF look for airsoft reenactments :P
