Surprised you don't have to use a Harness/Lanyards etc if it is work? I realise the fall is not that big, but the way you are holding onto the cable tray support I wouldn't call exactly safe :P

Edit: Who is the guy in hi-vis on the ladder...he kind of looks familiar.

Not a 2m drop so it's technically not required, but as you say, surely there's a safer way to do that job!
