Thats a reasonable price if it's in superb condition (I picked up an immaculate one for $100 a couple of years ago for a mate)

If you get a chance to test it out, check the control knobs (pots) for scratchy noises coming through when turned on. Also ask if there are any buzzing frets. Sometimes this is due to being poorly setup or more often fretwear.
This is what fretwear looks like...
I know it's only a cheap guitar....but there's no reason it can't still be a good cheap guitar.
