organise my guy to go on site first thing this morning to replace some glass.

got a call from my worker saying no ones home so told him to come back.
he comes back and then tells me the full story;

he rocked up, on time, and no one answered the door.
so he called the clients number and the guy answers the phone and says "yeah i can see you in teh driveway" and told him hes now too busy today hes going out at midday...(its a 10min job) and come back tomorrow. he told me last week he is going on holiday at the end of this week. do i rebook again this week or just wait until he gets back from holidays?

Also in the realm of how retarded our IT is.. after a virus problem, they reinstalled everything and I'm now using a ten billion year old copy of IE, with no Flash Player.. and I can't install anything (I tried) .. and they wont install it.

Can't install anything.. download the .exe file, run, and it just does nothing

I don't know what to think now. Gave up waiting for the ME3 CE to arrive after 3 weeks, got told it was 'lost in transit' and offered refund or replacement, requested refund, bought standard edition the next day, purchase DLC, and now my origional order decides to turn up...
