I just do it as a bayleaf (i know what you meant. :) ), onion, bring to boil, then simmer for 2 hours, add vegies in just a bit before it's cooked. cooked when you stab a fork in and it slides back out. :D no need for added salt.

I like packet dinners.. they make my life so much easier..

1kg chicken breasts, diced 10mm cubes
little bit of oil in the pan, fry till brown
2x masterfoods honey mustard chicken

1x masterfoods wholegrain honey mustard
2x frozen thai mixed vege

Food why are you lot teasing me with food;
"packet dinners" are OK for someone that's in a rush I just find them to be very bland without a lot of taste there is nothing like a very good home cooked meal;
But I do see a lot of young adults are always on the run and its better then having to go to fast food outlets; I love to cook but my wife says its better to have me at times to stay out of the kitchen I seem to make a lot of mess. :wink:

was fantastic wayne, i posted a picture in a post above in the [hidden] tag just for you :D

and re: fast meals yeah I know a lot of friends who just outright don't know how to cook so they live off take-away and packet mixes. I prefer home cooking. ;)
