Walked into my local EB today, 2 chicks behind the counter and no male staff members in sight. Attempted to engage them in conversation about prospective game purchases, both admitted to not knowing all that much about PC games. Made me feel like a nerd when asking about games in a game shop

when I was a checkout chick at woolies, A girl came through my checkout, engaging in casual conversation I asked her about her weekend plans (usual response was "hitting town tonight - you?" "yeah same might cya around!" [total lie - I dont drink])

she responded with "Just bought fallout 3, so probs doing that all weekend"

me, being completely taken by shock responded "uhhh cool I guess" she went really red in the face, I felt bad.

Bought the Hitman collection yesterday. Girl behind the counter started pushing me to pre-order Absolution. Had to point out that buying the collection would indicate that I hadn't played the series before, and that I'd consider forking out $100 for one game once I decide how much I like the 4 before it.

Also, she was hot. Well, warmish hot. And knew about games.
