About to head to the Post Office during my lunch break, I normally avoid that place like the plague as almost every time I've been there there has been some difficulty, they've either lost my parcel (this has happened half a dozen times), or they wont let me pick up a package for my fiance even though I have the card and our address is the same.

Today, I've been emailed by aus post tracking that they attempted to deliver my package when I was in bed, go outside, no card left, then get email from aus post tracking saying I can pick up my item in store now.

So I'm going to go to the Post Office without a card, expecting them to say "Oh you can't collect your item without the card", and having to reply "Well, there was no card on my front door, or in my mailbox, so IF a card was left, I don't have it".

And no doubt will end up submitting another complaint to this shitbox post office.

It just annoys me given the amount of bad experiences I've had there.. but, if no-one ever tells them they were happy with the service maybe they'll revert back to being total dicks.
