Issue with Forum Background

It really hurts my eyes to look at. How do I fix it?

Direct link to the background image, load it into your cache, it might fix your problem.

in the drop-down box select firefox.

The side bars are pretty blurry on the home page but it still looks way better.

Sorry, that was poor photoshopping on my behalf. I will update the image, I personally didn't notice it until you pointed it out.
