Was playing on the smaller wc3 server just then, only had 6 people in it but was lagging same as in screenshots.

I'm on optus cable and I'm not getting these problems (not as serve as you) so it may just be your internet.

A common cause for lag is also when your upstream is at 100% usage (e.g. torrents?)
Alternatively, something you can try (I used to do this in the good old 56k days) wait till more people die before you start fighting (but not too many, otherwise the round ends with either your team wining, or you getting rolled in a 10v1)

Also, are you using a custom spray? Or just the stock lambda? (as I have noticed the server does randomly keep requesting the tempdecal.wad)

Hey Silent,

My average ping on node servers is around 30 on low latency and 50 with high speed.

Those pings i posted was when the server had some lag issues.

Personally i blame monkey for everything hehehe.

I agree, only CS #5 WC3 gets users on everyday. At least since there is 3 other WC3 servers that are mainly empty turn one of them into a clone of CS 5 with the same maps and or add more maps to the 4 map rotation

such a waste for the other servers... I tried playing on one of the empty wc3 servers this morning, got a few people to join but they eventually all found there way back to number 5.. once it become 1v1 with some other guy i ended up going back to 5 aswel.
