Why does everyone always assume the worse....

If there was a mass kick and the server was locked afterwards, chances are I was monitoring them and noticed the kick. Whoever is left on the server is banned instantly.

I don't even play dayz (I hate it) so the chances of me locking the server so some of my "friends" can get in is very low indeed.

Yeah my bad, I read up on your site how you do the lock thing to allow characters to load in, I like it.

Have had the random kicks without the explanation a couple times since and I assume it's just a bug with Battleye not deciding to tell me which particular bogus script reason it's decided to start kicking people for.

Have respawned on the coast with all my gear a few times... and then today spawned on the coast with a wiped inventory but still in my Ghillie... might just back away from the game for a bit.

So myself and Nomicakes are roaming like bosses on ANZ #2 across the Northern Plains when we decide to head to the NWAF Northern Barracks for a quick look-see, and we come across a guy in the field running back towards us with a zed chasing him. So I says to Nomicakes, get prone, because we dunno what this guy might do.

5 seconds later, he unloads a clip at distance into Nomicakes. He's alright but bleeding. I take up position behind a low tree. learn out and start popping off some well-aimed M16A2 rounds while Nomicakes distracts with the Winchester. I get some close shots, and possibly a few hits. Not only does the guy not realise I am behind a big tree stump and therefore cannot be hit, but the guy also decides to Alt+F4 during battle.

F­UCK YOU PEOPLE WHO ALT F4 AT THE FIRST SIGN OF DANGER. EAT A BAG OF DICKS.

Anyway, it wasn't all bad news. After we make sure the coast is clear, we notice something... beautiful. He parked his ATV behind a shed, which was between us and him. We check out the ATV, full of SVD ammo. We just survived being shot at by someone with a high powered assault rifle, who instead of EASILY taking us out, decided to ALT+F4 like a p­ussy.

So we take that ATV on a joyous countryside ride back to camp.
