this is the main thread guys!

I don't know what terra has planned, but he's probs busy with other ****, we've got a ton of people for teams too! it's gonna be fun!

there are a few ways that we can play this tourny

first to 3 wins/all random/all pick etc

post here what you think would be best!

I'm thinking that all pick/first to 3 wins would be best. Captains mode would be ideal but its only good if you know everyones strengths etc

I think it would be really fun to play the following modes.......

Least Played
All Random
All Mid Wars (This is were all 10 players get the same characters and you all go up the mid lane)

This way were are all in a good position to learn something new E.g character/role/etc.
We could have more fun this way. Just an Idea.
Anyway How are we going to pick the teams? first 5 to turn up or something more constructive like picking names out of a hat?

i think for teams it should just all be random, or perhaps based on each players wins?

like, perhaps pair people who have played a bit with less skilled players to try and get even teams (last thing anyone wants is a random team where everyone has like 400 wins/knows all the game mechanics)

+reverse captains mode would also be a lot of fun!

All pick would probably bring out the best in people (ex. drow pickers), but I'd love to see all random and reverse captains mode in there.

If we do end up playing reverse captains, I best be practicing my meepo.

Well if someones getting Meepo the I think a Ancient Apparition is a good counter pick then

That's the beauty of reverse captains, you play all the lesser known/loved characters and the games end up being so much more fun (IMO) than just having the usual picks/bans.

The other option I'd go with is definitely all random. You could get lucky or unlucky... Either way, more fun, less brutal competition!

we could do the 3 win or bo3 thing and have it alternate between AP and whatever else (reverse captain or AR).
