T side just has 1 player kill all the hostages every round and then they spend the rest of the map hiding causing a timeout which is a T win and CT get $0 for the round

And i mean 1 objective area such as bombsite A and bombite B which are usually on opposite sides of the map, on a hostage map all hostages are usually together and if they aren't the CT side still has to get to them all anyway

Ah ok that makes sense, 2 objective areas. Although I don't think T's just killing the hosties is a problem, since it'd only timeout if T's were hiding not fighting. Which probably wouldn't happen unless one team wanted to be the worst. While I'd prefer cs_office anything is fine I guess.
