programmers don't program a delay to your controls, that's probably your mouse and keyboard...

Yeah, I've experienced the bug several times where the UI completely locks up and I can't click anything, pressing ctrl + U twice to reload the UI fixes it. I've also heard a lot of people complain about button delays, too many for it to be a coincidence and even US players experience it so it's hard to blame it on latency. 98% of instances has been about jumping, while hardly important at all. (except for finding those elusive datacrons)
