180-220ms latency roughly

pretty good all things considered, enough that i am not sure if local server was actually needed for remedying latency...

but it is needed more urgently for a different issue... queue times, since aussies stack a few of the servers it gets crowded pretty fast on those servers.

That's for a west coast server.

East coast servers sit at around 270ms. Which is still OK.

I'm seriously thinking about rolling a character on the east coast Lord Adraast server, as it's one of the most vibrant RP servers.

Normally I point and laugh at RP player because they take it so seriously... But with SW I actually think it's not that bad an idea.

I thought the whole point of a Role Playing game was to role play anyways It confuses me that they have dedicated RP servers and such.

Well there's several reasons to roll on a RP server.

Some players actually like to RP in chat.

Others roll there because it's more mature.

Both seem to be holding up for me so far. First time I rolled on the Ajunta Pall RP-PvP server, I got to talking in general chat with people, and ended up going through the starter planet grouped up all the way.

I definitely do like Ajunta Pall though.
