Go us hospitality peeps! Home from 2am tonight... but if I've got my access I sure as hell won't be going to sleep.

The Swiftsure has been decided as the Oceanic PvP server: http://twitter.com/OceanicPvP

The PvE guilds are getting together tonight to make a choice, since they were split between The Harbinger and The Jekk'Jekk Tarr by the guild placement system.

OK folks, The Swiftsure for PvP, as mentioned above by Agent_Dark, and Jekk'Jekk Tarr is looking to be the likely PvE server for Oceanic players. Daisy Chain hasn't announced it yet, but the majority of their guilds players have been placed there.

EDIT: Check back here before you roll just incase the PVE Daisy Chain changes their mind.

Also! Invites for EGA will be sent when it starts, which is 7am United States EST (so New York), or 8pm Perth / 11pm Sydney daylight time.

More Players on JekkJekk Tarr, but more guilds on Harbinger. They may even decide to make 2 Oceanic servers

They should pick Harbinger because that's a cool name and the other isn't. :(

OH no way, Jekk'Jekk Tarr is so much cooler.

BIG UPS TO THE JAY JAY TEE!

Oh the reason I am kinda saying JJT so far is because more players seems to be the primary concern for us? Plus TOG are rolling on JJT and they're usually decent-ish to play with.

Meh i'll be rolling harbinger

The other one sounds too much like jar jar binks for my liking.

It's a bar!

We will see where the PvE Daisy Chain actually ends up.

EDIT: Man, following their forums and also discussions on other sites, I think they're all pretty confused too. For those who are curious, basically more Australian guilds have been assigned to The Harbinger but Jekk'Jekk Tarr has more players, due to a large TOG population. I don't know what's going to happen, and really both will work fine if the game stays populated.

tbh, having the majority of a population made up by one guild will usually end in disaster since if the guild goes bust up then you have a huge chunk of the population which disappears and throws the faction balance out.

Folks, please roll PvE on Harbinger if you're trying to stay Oceanic or PvP on The Swiftsure

EDIT: So what happened is basically the PvE Daisy Chain decided that what they always intended to do was get guilds together, so even though JJT had more people initially, most of the guilds migrated to Harbinger, giving it a larger population in the end.
