End of Campaign Mode problem? PC

Why does campaign mode say only 90.6 % complete when I have finished the last mission on hardened and collected all the intel?

once Makarov is dead and hanging there

and after the end credits finish rolling it sits on a screen that says "Continue to Special Ops" but there is no way to click on or select "Continue to Special Ops," I have to select ESC then I can save and quit game and go back to main menu and then select special ops from there. Is this what's causing me to only have 90.6% completion on campaign mode?

Lastly currently at 3PM I am getting a message from Steam when trying to start multiplayer "This game is currently unavailable please try again later" this is with full retail version of the game, is the multiplayer portion down for maintenance currently?

Any info appreciated on these questions, thanks in advance for any help.

Pretty sure you'd have to finish the game on veteran to get 100% completion, that's my theory. I'm not exactly sure what it uses to compute the percentage completion, could be steam achievements?

My copy of MW3 downloaded a 15 MB patch/hotfix for both the SP and MP components a little while ago, did yours? I have no idea what got changed though since they haven't put anything about a product update in the steam news feed and their site similarly doesn't enlighten.

Hi Jez, thanks for the reply, yes I got that update but guys on the Whirpool thread are saying they are currently getting a 3.5 or 5GB update for multiplayer hence why the servers are down. Nothing here yet that size, anyway to make it check for updates manually?

Restarting steam might make it check. I routinely get the 'x game isn't available' because I have frey's steam filter on and so don't always get notified of updates. I know somebody else on the forums had difficulty with mw3 insisting it needed a huge patch, but I'd be inclined to blame that on Steam incorrectly reporting the amount of stuff that needs to be downloaded.
