Why don't you?

I just did since nobody else was going to and it turns out the drivers don't install on my laptop (which has a Mobility Radeon HD5870).

Sorry about that, Things change :)

You still need Origin for that file. Requires a copy past extracted folder to the Origin games directory once downloaded.

MY poor GTX560 is struggling at high settings to hold more then 30fps in a fire fight. NOT HAPPY. I might throw in my ATI 6950 and see if that goes better and I don't get the bad BSOD and lockups i did with BC2.

You dont read many of my posts do you :) I sure didn't expect it too. It is the recommended Spec GPU but i knew it would take more. I have just thrown in my ATI HD6950 and thats run better, however some Crossfire or SLI action is needed for these mid range cards for sure, despite what EA and DICE want to tell us.

You really think that a $200 GPU could max out the latest AAA blockbuster??? DOUBT IT!

Well that is a big performance gap between the two :) A 560 is no where near as powerful as a 480 mate. Depends on what settings your running too.

I'm running 2 x 5850 and it was ****. I disabled crossfire and it runs smoothly.

Using latest drivers. Anyone finding crossfire to be a slideshow?

GTX560 Tis are having problems, you need to downclock them; you DONT need the latest drivers to start the game as most of my clan mates still haven't, and the Beta graphics are NOT final, they are around medium, no matter what you set your graphics on. So best leave it auto.

any other questions?

Also, my 470 SLi is working fine on the 285 release drivers.

Mine isnt a Ti version, and the game wouldnt launch without the latest drivers, it gave me a error message and refused to open full.
