Anyone got a galaxy note?

Hi guys.

I have to do an insurance claim on my galaxy S2 because it got stolen, but I was given the option to upgrade to a Galaxy Note.

I was just wondering if anyone on GON has one and if it's worth the extra $200 for it?

I don't have one but a couple of colleagues do. From my understanding it is a pretty good phone/mini tablet. It really comes down to what you need it for. The bigger screen makes for reading emails and things like that a lot easier. And it does have a newer processor etc.

The phone itself to me is bordering on too large to be comfortable to use as an actual phone.

go for the S3 better than the note (i have 2 S3's and they are great)

Oh, just noticed this thread. I Have a Note. Love it. What did you end up deciding? Note 2 is said to be announced soon.
