Asus Transformer Prime - 32GB vs 64GB and where to buy?

For some reason I want an Asus Transformer Prime. Where is the best place to buy it and am I better off getting the 32GB or 64GB version?

JB sell them, or you could import from Amazon and get a converter for the adapter.
