What are the rules?
The General Rules of games.on.net still apply - things such as cheating, hacking, exploiting, harassment (racism, excessive swearing, etc), spamming and impersonating an admin are all punishable offences.
The spawn area on the server is protected to give new players a chance to breathe before they cop an arrow to the face. Any attempts to "break" the protection surrounding the spawn area and (for example) blow the whole thing up with dynamite, will be met with severe punishment.
Outside the spawn area, there are no rules against creative play such as:
- Attacking other players.
- Stealing from other players.
- Telling other players to meet you because you've got some free diamonds for them, then attacking them and stealing their stuff.
- Telling other players to meet you, giving them free stuff, then following them back to their base to replace the floor with a giant network of pressure plates connected to enough dynamite to sink the Titanic.
- Building a gladiator arena out of obsidian, trapping players inside it and forcing them to fight each other for their freedom.
