Logged into the cell!

Hi guys, my son logged into Minecraft today and found himself locked in the cell. Presumably, he has broken the server rules in some way, but he does not know what he did.

He is only 9 so I am sure it's a misunderstanding as he is a fairly respectful player. How can he get restored and/or find out what he did wrong?

I can PM someone the Minecraft username if required.

you can lodge a ban appeal through http://games.on.net/pages.php?page=appeal and provide your son's username there. One of our Minecraft admins will get back to you with details.

I'm one of the MC admins but have difficulty accessing our ticketing system from work, apologies!
